Delivery

Deliveries are made within 3-4 working days using Royal Mail  but next day delivery is available on request.  If for some reason we are unable to deliver a gift within this time frame then we will contact you.

Delivery Charges

All our items are individually weighed and the total weight of your goods will fall into one of the following sections:

Up to 1kg=£3.50 , Up to 2kg £4.95, Up to 5kg £6.50 and over 5kg £9.95.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your choice of gift then please return the item in its original packaging and we will give you a full refund.  Please keep proof of purchase for any items returned.

Faulty Gifts

In the unlikely event that gifts arrive damaged then we will happily exchange them for another gift.  Likewise, if gifts are found to be faulty we will exchange them up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please keep proof of postage for any items returned.

Goods

All goods remain the property of The Country Gift Company until payment is received in full.  If for any reason beyond our control an item is not in stock then we reserve the right to replace this product with another item suitable to the occasion and of the same value if not higher than that being replaced.

Gifts come wrapped in cellophane and are often packaged with bubble wrap.  These could be a choking hazard and it is up to the customer/recipient to follow these warnings.  Likewise it is also up to the customer/recipient to adhere to the age warnings regarding the suitability of a product.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards and are processed using Protx.  Protx is a secure online payment system where credit/debit card details can not be obtained by any other party.
